Technical upgrading of washing process of Jinfeng Coal Washery

Because of the undercapacity of the existing washing system of Jinfeng Coal Washery, the raw coal produced by Jinfeng and Jinjiaqu mines fails to get completely and effectively treated.Based on analysis of raw coal property and through comparison of 2 alternative washing processes, the existing washing system is technically upgraded such that the coarse coal is treated with shallow-bath heavy medium separator while the small coal is processed using pressure-fed 2-product heavy media cyclone, so as to enable the raw coal of the 2 mines to be treated in blended manner flexibly and by turns in different time periods.
