Renovation of the transport system for loading the bunkers of products at Zhujidong Coal Preparation Plant

The scraper conveyors used for bunker loading of cleaned products of the plant are high in fault rate. Through analysis of the factors causing the problems and the necessity of renovation, it is proposed to replace the 7011^#scraper conveyor with a belt conveyor. Practice shows that the renovation has made it possible to ensure safety operation and create a favorable economic result due to noticeable reduction of fault rate, maintenance work, power consumtion, cost and frequency of replacement of parts of equipment.
