    Workbench-based analysis of dynamic characteristics of BVB4361 banana screen

    • In order to further optimize the structure of the BVB4361 banana screen, a study is conducted on the dynamic characteristics of the screen based on the result of analysis of the screen′s structural features, using Workbench finite element analysis software. Result of modal analysis indicates that: around the working frequency of 15.50 Hz of the screen, there exist two elastic modals-13.21 Hz and 15.81 Hz, and in either case, the magnitude and distribution of the dynamic stress of the screen can well meet the required working condition; at a working frequency of 15.50 Hz, the displacement response and stress response exert no adverse effect on the rigidity and strength of the screen; and the screen can work smoothly with various working indices well up to the designed technical criteria.
