Analysis and calculation of stress state of TDS dry cleaning machine′s feeder belt

The TDS dry cleaning machine uses the belt for delivery of raw coal feed. As it is not a belt conveyor commonly used for material transport use, the analysis and calculation of its stress state need to be made in a quite different way. Following an introduction to the feeder belt for supplying raw coal feed to the TDS intelligent dry cleaning machine at Harwusu Coal Preparation Plant, as well as a comparison of the similarities of belt conveyor and feeder belt, methad for making analysis and calculation of the stress to which the feeder belt is subjected in operation is proposed.
