Building and application of the fine cost management system of “ensuring availability of three essential aspects and exercising control of 2 kinds of cost” in coal preparation plant

In order to bring all the essential components of product cost under effective control, upgrade economic operation, enhance fine management level, tap potentials with concerted efforts under unfavorable coal marketing conditions, cut down production cost and improve production efficiency, targeted cost management activities are carried out throughout all production processes and in all aspects.
