Renovation of the coal slurry water treatment system at Xiaojiawa Mine Coal washery

In order to solve the problems in the operation of the coal slurry water treatment system, work is made on renovation and optimization of the system based on result of analysis of raw coal property and the system′s treating capacity. Practice shows through renovation, the capacity of the system and the rate of utilization of screenbowl centrifuge are greatly increased, and the advantages of all process equipment can be brought into fully play. In addition to the increase of treating capacity, the concentration of circulating water, workload of filter press and product moisture are all greatly reduced.
