Optimization of the flotation system at Jinyang Coal Preparation Plant

In order to tackle the problem relating to the poor performance of the plant′s flotation system, a series of optimization measures are adopted based on analysis of the influential factors like technological process, feed concentration and reagent regime. Practice shows the optimization work has led to noticeably higher stability of concentrate ash, increase of yield of flotation concentrate by 7.23 percentage points and a reduction of total agent consumption by 0.73 kg/t (dry coal).
