Practice of coal product inventory-taking management in Huaikuang West Mines Investment Management Company

For realizing effective stock-taking management of coal products of the company, the procedures and requirements in management of coal products kept in stock, and the criteria for determining the rates of loss in different shipment and marketing modes are defined. Following a description of the management mode in practice by the company, the points demanding attention are analyzed.
