Study of the technology for avoiding breaking of coarse coal at coal preparation plant

The problem facing coal Preparation plant is the low rate of yield of coarse clean coal product. To overcome this problem, following an analysis of the impact on rate of yield of coarse coal product exerted by each link of coal preparation-storage-loading-handling processes, and the principle of different anti-breaking technologies, a study is made of the anti-breaking technologies currently available. 4 different methods are applicable as viewed from the point of anti-breaking principle. Through the use of the equipment and facilities where the anti-breaking technology is applied, a remarked result has been obtained.
