Study and application of the coal preparation equipment intelligent health management system

For further optimizing coal preparation equipment operation and maintenance modes, reducing equipment operation costs, and improving equipment availability factor for higher economic benefit, construction of intelligent coal preparation plant has become an inevitable trend. Based on the study on coal preparation equipment and their fault monitoring system, Guobei Preparation Plant proposed a health management system for such equipment. The management of belt conveyor and scraper conveyor is cited in the paper as examples. Through continuous tracking and analysis of equipment operation status, it is made possible to optimize equipment operation and maintenance modes and time nodes, avoid overmaintenance of equipment, cut down equipment operation cost, and prolong effective service life and improve economic performance of equipment.
