New ideas on development of China′s coal preparation industry

The paper presents a review of the development of coal preparation industry since the birth of the New China, and a summary of the achievements obtained in the development of coal preparation equipment. In view of the fact that the country′s coal preparation technology has reached the advanced international level, and for enabling the existing technology to develop toward a more improved orientation, several new thoughts for improvement of operation of coal preparation plants and optimization of coking coal cleaning processes are put forward, which may serve as a reference for the coal-related personnel in design and management of coal preparation plant.
