R& D and application of the intelligent robot for dynamic sampling of saleable coal

In view of the fact that nowadays sampling of commercial coal is made either manually or mechanically, an intelligent dynamic sampling system, the first of its kind in China, is successfully developed based on analysis and study of the method for dynamic sampling of coal during rapid car loading. A detailed introduction is made in the paper to the design and application of the sampling system especially the R& D of the sampling arm, The sampling system can ensure the representativeness of the sample collected, and reduce coal quality-related disputes, and is of great significance for coal mine′s intelligent high-efficiency and safe operation.
