Construction of intelligent Guobei Coal Preparation Plant-practice and exploration

For enhancing the production management level and promoting the intelligent construction of Guobei Coal Preparation Plant, a multiple of intelligent plant construction projects are undertaken by the plant in line with the plant′s specific conditions. These include, among others, construction of unattended raw coal receiving pit, introduction of medium density closed-loop control and integration of multivariate information. The execution of the projects has met with a good result. Meanwhile, the scheme for the further construction of the intelligent plant has been worked out and will be implemented step by step—an important stride forward toward the development of an intelligent coal preparation plant.
