Exploration of the law of safety operation of the graphitized calcining furnace

The paper starts with an introduction to the working principle and technological process of the graphitized anthracite calcining furnace, and then goes to analyze the problems ecountered in furnace operation, such as coking, disengagement of upper electrode, toppling over of lower electrode, breakdown of electrical system, misadjustment of negative pressure for furnace cover and flue, untightness of furnace cover, etc.Based on result of analysis, the countermeasures for effectively addressing the above-mentioned problems are proposed, which are of vital significance for ensuring safe operation of graphitized calcining furnace.
