Study and application of the key technologies and process equipment of an intelligentized coal preparation plant in the plant of Gaozhuang Coal Company

In line with the present status of Gaozhuang Mining Group's coal preparation plant in the drive for automation development, and in a bid to reach the goal of lessening labor intensity and improving coal cleaning efficiency, effort is made on the renovation of the plant starting from the process links that present no hardware troubles yet where long-standing problems are frequently encountered during operation, proceeding from automation and intelligentization perspectives.It is intended to :gradually provide unit by unit and system by system intelligentized functions needed for effecting process control; enhance intelligent level of individual equipment; eliminate the "isolated islands" between equipment that have no access to information communication and fail to be brought under control; and realize interconnection and integration of various control units and subsystems, so as to finally allow the plant to operate in a data-based testing and measuring mode under informationized management and intelligent control.
