    Study of the technology for online monitoring of a multiple of pulp property-related parameters of fine coal flotation system

    • Nowadays, the stability of pulp system is one of the bottlenecks restricting the normal operation of the majority of the coal cleaning plants, and the operation performance of the pulp system is a key technical indicator to make assessment of the operation state of a flotation system as it exerts a direct impact on the crushing and grinding processes, reagent regime and circulation of process water for reuse. However, in practical flotation operation, the adjustment of flotation parameters is often delayed due to inability to timely detect the real-time variation of pulp property. Therefore, to realize online monitoring of multiple parameters of slurry system is an important approach for enabling the flotation system to operate in an automated manner with an improved efficiency, reduced agent consumption and a guaranteed product quality, and for providing timely and reliable production data for various process links for ensuring normal operation of overall plant.
