    Application of the PLC controller in the control system of the WZY 1400 horizontal centrifuge

    • The control console of the dewatering centrifuge principally functions for the control of the three kinds of motors, main motor, vibrating motor and oil pump motor, and the start/stop of these motors is generally controlled separately without the possibility to effect overall control by simply pushing one key. This poses operation difficulties on site. Through the introduction of the PLC-based controller, the start/stop of all the pumps can be effected by the centrifuges' control system sequentially according to the built-in time relay's preset time. With the use of PLC controller as the core of the control system of centrifuge, the control system is miniaturized and can operate with a higher reliability. The development of the PLC controller proves to be a qualitative leap in terms of efficiency and functionality, and can well meet the various technical requirements of users.
