    Experimental study of the classification link in coal slime heavy medium separation process

    • The trouble with the coarse slime separation process currently used, the slime is subjected to repeated separation processes. To address this issue and in line with specific conditions, a new process of using fine coal heavy medium cyclone and clean slime sieve bend (aperture:0.3 mm) is proposed to replace the original washing system. Application of the new process makes it possible to enable H.M. cyclone to wash down to 0.1 mm, avoid repeated separation of slime, reduce the load of flotation circuit and improve social and economic benefits of enterprise.
