Analysis of the establishment of the large coal blending center of Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant

Because of the strict environmental protection requirement and the banning of highway transport of coal, Taiyuan Coal Preparation Plant as a central coal preparation plant is confronting challenges in raw coal supply, product quality and production organization related aspects. In order to cope with this situation, a perfect coal blending center is formed through further improvement of the existing raw coal, clean coal and by-products blending systems. Through the center, it is finally possible to have the raw coal, clean coal and by-products stored or out loaded either separately or in a blended manner, and to realize all-railway, transport of coal. The center proves to be a technologically matured reliable coal blending center of Taiyuan plant.
