The causes of wobbling of the dewatering centrifuge in operation and countermeasures

Based on the result of analysis of the factors causing the wobbling of the plant’s dewatering centrifuge in operation, a series of countermeasures are taken, such as readjustment of size of openings of fixed medium-draining screen and installation angle of sieve bend, and optimization of water spraying system of medium-draining screen. The adoption of the measures has led to not only elimination of wobbling of the centrifuge but also improvement of its dewatering efficiency and operating safety.
