Application of the CXR-1000 intelligent dry cleaning machine at Luxi Mine Coal Cleaning Plant

The paper starts with an introduction to the structural design, working principle, technical parameters and technical features of the CRX-1000 intelligent dry cleaning machine. The machine is selected for use by the plant for raw coal deshaling to replace the low-efficiency handpicking operation and avoid loss of coal in refuse. Practice shows that the machine can work with an efficiency of over 95% with a loss of coal in waste being below 2%, and its use has led to improvement of working environment, increase of clean coal recovery and improvement of economic result.
