The technical measures for improvement of adaptability of clean coal crusher at Nalinhe No.2 Mine Coal Preparation Plant

The capacity of the coal preparation plant is restricted due to undercapacity of the clean coal crusher. Through study of the plant′s existing coal cleaning practice and theoretical analysis, work is made on renovation of the crusher by taking technical measures. These include adding a grizzle on the feed chute, changing the rotating direction of the toothed roll, and adding a crushing beam. The renovation has led to noticeable increase of the treating capacity of the plant and provides a technical support for the mine to become a super one with a capacity of 10 Mt/a.
