    Application of the innovative technology for progressively reducing the volume of flotation tailings applied at Bakuang Coal Preparation Plant

    • For easing the pressure on the flotation tailings treatment system imposed by environmental protection regulations and expansion of capacity of Bakuang Coal Preparation Plant, the measures for progressively reducing the volume of tailings are adopted by the plant using the 3-stage thickening and 3-stage recovery processes. Practice shows the use of the technologies has led to effective easing of the load on tailings treatment system, improvement of stability of washing system, save of operating cost and improvement of both social and economic benefits.
