Study of the small raw coal separation technology at Fangezhuang Coal Preparation Plant

In order to achieve increased yield of clean coal of small coal washing system and improved economic performance, study is made by Fangezhuang Plant on 3 kinds of washing equipment—jigging machine, 3-product heavy medium cyclone and super heavy medium cyclone, with an aim to rationally optimize and improve step by step the raw small coal washing process. Practice shows when used for treating the coal with the current properties, the super H. M. cyclone can work with a higher separation sharpness and efficiency, effectively reduced loss of clean coal in middlings and an increase of small coal washing system.
