Optimization and application of the washing process for treating different kinds of raw coal

Because of the simultaneous mining of two wings of a coal seam, a series of measures are adopted by the plant with an aim to increase yield of clean coal and maximize the economic benefit. The measures adopted include improving coal washing process control, carrying out real-time monitoring of variation of raw coal property, adding novel laminated fine dislimining screen and secondary flotation system, and enhancing adaptability of washing system.
