Application of the packaged coal washing technologies of Guohua Technology Company at ＞10 MTPY-capacity ultralarge coking coal cleaning plant

In order to give full play to the advantages of Huainan Mining Group in producing high-quality gas coal and 1/3 coking coal, further optimize industrial structure and expand market space, and after scientific demonstration and a general technical survey, Huainan Mining Group undertook the design and construction of the 12 Mt/a-capacity extralarge Panji Coal Preparation Plant in collaboration with Beijing Guohua Technology (Group) Co. Ltd. by using the packaged coal washing technologies which are all the latter company′s research-derived accomplishments. The paper presents a detailed introduction to the plant′s raw coal property, cleaning process flowsheet, process equipment selected for use, technical and performance indices, and coal slurry water treatment process, as well as the intelligent management mode and the socioeconomic benefits obtained.
