Improved design of the control system of packaged pneumatic cleaning equipment

In view of the deficiencies of the control system of packaged pneumatic cleaning equipment currently used, and in line with the actual situation of the control system in field application, the work is made on improvement of the control system through adopting such measures as use of PLC plus HMI as the core of the control system, simplification of hardware wiring, optimization of software program, and enhancement of system operation reliability and flexibility. Application of the improved control system proves to be reliable and steady in operation and has brought substantial economic benefit.
