Exploration and study of the coal preparation information standardization system

For providing a support for the steady development of informationization and intelligentization of coal preparation plant, and based on the hardware and software facilities currently available in coal preparation plants, a set of representative coal preparation related information standardization systems is proposed. A UML layered diagram of the standard system is developed by using the classification method of UML modeling and through classification according to levels of various in-plant distributed intelligentized links. The paper presents an analysis of the coal preparation plant standard system from the technological, application and managerial points of view and proposes a coal preparation-related information standardized system framework. Finally, a brief analysis is made on the maintenance and field application of the system.
