Looking ahead to the development of intelligentization of coal preparation plant from the perspective of the practice so far made in this respect

Following an introduction to the achievements obtained by the 2 coal preparation plants of Xiegou and Chenmanzhuang coal mines in the efforts to realize intelligentization in the fields of process control, production management, quality control, early warning of faults and equipment maintenance and protection, the paper goes to summarize the experiences obtained by the 2 plants in these respects, and look ahead to the trend of developing intelligentized coal preparation plants in the future. It is pointed out that the efforts in the future should be directed toward horizontal integration and coordination of production organs of business groups, and providing them with cloud services.
