Application of big data-based equipment health management mode

In order to promote the implementation of intelligent manufacturing strategy and realize the shifting from event/accident-driven passive equipment health management mode to data-driven active management mode, the technology for application of the big data-based management mode is proposed, and the application of big data in equipment diagnosis process is studied. Study result shows that through application of the big data-based management mode, it is possible to detect early equipment failure, eliminate unplanned downtime and realize active management of equipment.
