    Design of coalmine intelligent constant- tonnage truck-loading system

    • The problems with Wangjialing Mine′s entrucking system for outloading of its saleable coal are high labor intensity, and a large amount of coal stockpiled in open air caused by truck reloading/unloading operations. To tackle these problems, the combined technical scheme of developing the constant-tonnage loading station equipped with automatic constant-speed towing device and intelligent truck loading system is proposed, together with the planning and design of the truck passageways, capacities of station yards with different dimensions, and the intelligent truck loading station. Practice shows the use of the single-way intelligent loading station equipped with the automatic constant-speed towing device can not only meet the requirement for shipping 3 million tons of coal a year, but also lead to improvement of loading accuracy and elimination of truck reloading/unloading operations, making it possible to realize unmanned loading operation and improvement of efficiency of truck loading system.
