    Study and practice of the measures for reducing percentage of refuse contained in clean coal product of gravity-fed 3-product H.M. cyclone at Hexi Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • In order to tackle the problem concerning the misplacement of refuse in clean coal product of gravity-fed 3-product H. M. cyclone, a series of measures including sufficient wetting of raw coal, ensuring feed inlet pressure, reduction of viscosity of medium suspension and preventing foreign matters from entering raw coal feed are adopted. Practice shows that the adoption of the measures can meet the production requirement as the percentage of refuse in clean coal product is reduced to less than 0.3% with no presence of any visible refuse pieces.
