Analysis on feasibility of realizing expansion of capacity of dry cleaning system for upgrading of small coal at Mataihao Mine Coal Preparation Plant

For effectively tackling the problem regarding the fluctuation of quality of small coal product, and realizing expansion of production capacity, a general survey is made of the current state of development of dry cleaning method. Based on the result of the survey and in line with the property of the raw coal treated, the dry cleaning system is applied for the expansion of small coal treating capacity and improvement of product quality. Practice shows the renovation scheme of using dry cleaning process is practically feasible. The scheme may serve as a reference for other plants for carrying out similar improvement project.
