    Optimization of the structure of the chute under the raw coal sizing screen of Qinglongsi Coal Preparation Plant

    • The trouble with the plant is that the raw coal is high in moisture and sticky in nature causing the <13mm small coal to hang up on the wall of and hence block up the raw small coal chute. Based on analysis of the factors giving rise to the trouble, a series of optimization measures are adopted, such as optimization of chute structure, change of chute linings, addition of vibration motor and infrared anti-clogging monitoring device. The optimization work has led to effective elimination of blocking of the chute, yielding as a result a noticeably favorable economic result.
