    Application of the multi-deck high-frequency vibrating fine screen for recovery of clean coarse slime at Yunhe Mine Coal Preparation Plant

    • The plant′s clean coarse slime product contains a high proportion of <0.15mm fine slime, causing the clean coarse slime to be considerably high in ash and low in yield. It is proposed to use the ZKJ1408-D5 multi-deck high-frequency vibrating fine screen to recover the clean coarse slime. Practice shows the use of the screen can lead to effective reduction of the ash of clean coarse slime and the workload of flotation system, and elimination of the loss of coarse slime in flotation tailings. After the renovation, the yield of clean coal is increased by 3 percentage points, creating a favorable economic result.
