Analysis of the features of the design of the Hequ Jiuxian Coal Preparation Plant in Shanxi Province

Work is made by the plant on optimization and improvement of the design of the washing processes, according to the property of the coal produced in Hequ coalfield in Shanxi Province, and by reference to the experience gained by adjacent plants in plant design, construction and practical operation. An introduction is made in the paper of the plant design with the focus on selection of raw coal classification and fine slime recovery processes and equipment, and the coal washing method finally applied. Practice shows that the plant works remarkably well with favorable economic result.
