Adjustment of product structure and practice of technical renovation at Renlou Coal Preparation Plant

In order to tackle the problem regarding loss of clean coal in middling product of jigging machine and considerably high ash of flotation concentrate, the plant conducts an analysis on such aspects as raw coal property, performance of equipment used and coal washing processes for upgrading the plant′s coal washing processes. Based on result of analysis, the process of rewashing the middling product of jigging machine with H. M. cyclone and the process of recleaning the concentrate obtained through primary flotation are applied. The renovation work has led to optimal adjustment of product mix, rise of yield of clean coal and production capacity, reduction of operation and management difficulties and noticeably improved socio-economical result.
