Study and application of equipment spot inspection management system in Liangdu Coal Preparation Plant

In order to tackle the problems regarding the low efficiency of coal preparation plant equipment management, inability to carry out timely maintenance and overhaul of such equipment and the high cost incurred the spot inspection management system for the equipment in coal preparation plant is applied, and study of the operating mode and field application method of the proposed management system is made. Practice shows that the equipment management system is made possible to shift from the traditional static mode to a dynamic preventive one, thus allowing all the equipment to be always under a well controlled state and in a sound technical condition. Its application has led to cutdown of accident rate, optimization of coal washing process, a reduction of annual equipment shutdown time from 240 hours to 120 hours, and an additional annual economic gain of around 700 000 yuan.
