    Design of the filter press slurry spurting fault identification system

    • In order to tackle the problem of spurting of coal slurry from filter press for avoiding explosion of filter press and splashing of coal slurry about, a slurry spurting identification system is developed based on analysis of the two modes in which the fault occurs. Practice shows by setting on each side of the filter press an image identification camera and the use of more control elements, the system can perform recognition and processing of the images to bring the working state of the filter press under real-time monitoring and control. The system can be used to guard against severe loss thanks to its high fault identification rate.
