    Design and application of the coal slime water treatment equipment networked change control system

    • Nowadays, the problem confronting most of the plants is that the control of the equipment of the slime water treatment workshop in the process flow supply chain is decentralized capabilities, and the use of a single control mode with a low real-time and coordination performance.To tackle the problem, a networked change control system with the Siemens S7-1500 programmable controller as the core is specifically developed.In line with the specific equipment arrangement conditions of the shop, a generally decentralized and regionally centralized change control topology is proposed.In the centralized local area, distributed IO module ET200SP is used as the core controller with the master controller S7-1500 for reading data and issuing control instructions.The redesigned equipment control mode makes it possible to perform remote control and maintenance control functions on the basis of the original local control mode, so as to meet the requirement for control of equipment operating in different scenarios.Additionally, a displacement-based electric valve opening control mechanism is developed for the equipment control system for realizing real-time and precise control of the electric valves in the shop.As evidenced by field application of the equipment control system at Tunlan Coal Preparation Plant, all the coal slime water treatment equipment are made possible to operate under centralized networked control with a much improved real-time and coordination performance.The development of the control system provides a sound basis for the optimization of coal cleaning process of coal preparation plants.
