Study and practice of construction of intelligent coal preparation plant

The thought on the construction of intelligent coal preparation plant and the framework of such a plant are proposed according to the practical experience gained in building coal preparation plants. Following an elaboration on the six aspects involving improvement of foundation, interconnection, standard data unified platform, intelligent control and intelligent decision-making, an introduction is made to the specific engineering practice in realization of intelligent density control, customized intelligent coal blending, intelligent air compressor unmanned truck loading, network-based power outage management, application of intelligent robot and intelligent patrol inspection and maintenance as well as the practical effects obtained in these respects in field application. The result of study made may provide a valuable reference for the development of intelligent coal preparation plant in the future.
