    State-of-the-art and perspective of the R & D of slime thermal drying equipment

    • Following an overview of the working principle and drying mode of each kind of available slime thermal drying technologies, the paper presents an introduction to the commonly used drying equipment and their respective specific applicability, and elaborates on the developing trend of the drying equipment working on different design principles. A kind of slime drying system working with vibration-fluidization technology as the core is proposed. The use of the system can make it possible to increase coal particle-heat media contact area, intensity and time, and has a high adaptability particularly to the drying of materials with uneven size compositions.
