Present status of the research work on intelligent control in slime water treatment

In order to gain a deeper insight into the research work on intelligent control in slime water treatment process and the current status of the technology in field application, the paper starts with an introduction to the source and characteristics of slime water and the main technological treatment processes in current application, and then goes to elaborate on the application of the technology and key equipment in fine coal flotation and slime water sedimentation and purification links, particularly the application of the tailings thickener's automatic agent dosing system in coal preparation plant. Following that an in-depth analysis is made on the main problems and bottlenecks encountered in realization of smart control in slime water treatment process at present. The work made in the paper provides a reference for the realization of overall intelligentization of coal preparation plant.
