Innovative development and application of China's heavy medium cyclone coal washing technology

Heavy medium cyclone coal washing technology is currently an important technological means for effecting high-efficiency cleaning of raw coal in China. The paper presents an overview of the achievements obtained by China since the 21^st century in basic research and innovaation of washing process and associated equipment as well as the results obtained in field application of this technology, with an aim to provide a reference for technical innovation and upgrading of coal preparation plants. Finally, the suggestions for allowing the technology to develop towards intelligent and delicate direction are put forward.
