Status quo of the work on the challenging points in fine coal flotation and some viewpoints

Froth flotation is one of the most effective fine coal treatment methods. However, the effects that can be obtained are subject to the restriction of various factors. Analysis is made in the paper of the factors affecting the recovery of fine coal, particularly, the effect on fine coal flotation produced by heterogeneous fine mud, intergrown and coarse particles. Finally, the author presents a summary of the methods for the improvement of flotation results and an outlook on the orientation of the development of fine coal flotation technology.
