    The TGS intelligent gradient-fluidization dry separator applied by Huaibei Mining Group

    • In order to improve the quality of the raw coal to be treated, an analysis is made on the property of the raw coal produced by Nangou Mine. Based on analysis result, the TGS intelligent gradient-fluidization dry separator is selected for upgrading the raw coal by Huaibei Mining Group, and trial test is conducted with the separator at Nangou Mine. The paper presents an introduction to the separator's working principle, refuse separation process, as well as the equipment selected for use, and the scheme for system layout. Test result shows that the use of the separator can effectively separate out the refuse from the 50~13 mm coal with a refuse removal rate of over 90%, a loss of coal in refuse of less than 1.5% and a clean coal ash below 20%.
