Practice of construction of intelligent Dahaize Coal Preparation Plant

In order to promote the development of intelligent coal preparation plants in China, construction of the Dahaize Plant is implemented by applying key intelligent technologies like intelligent integrated platform, BIM 3D visualized management, heavy medium separation precise control model, intelligent medium addition and intelligent coal quality control for the plant′s key process links, together with the use of intelligent technologies for the thickening, truck loading and power distribution operations as well as the use of video system. The plant has now become a demonstrative intelligent plant with international advanced level, which is capable of running and making adjustments and decisions all independently in an automatic and unmanned manner with no need for artificial interference in routine operations.
