    Application of work-order management system in equipment total life-cycle management

    • The operation of a coal preparation plant is carried out essentially with the operation of equipment acting as the core. As the equipment used at Luotuoshan Plant are diversified and their repair and maintenance involve a strenuous and arduous labor, the safe operation of the plant is severely affected. As a countermeasure, the concept of making intelligent management of equipment is proposed. With this management mode, the total life-cycle of equipment is managed with the work-order management system, and the equipment preventive overhaul, timely inspection and maintenance, lubrication and early-warning of failure, etc, can all be made in a dynamic management mode. Field application of this management mode has led to a noticeable cut of maintenance time and costs, reduced equipment failure rate, and greatly secured safety of operation of overall plant, making it possible to realize all-informationized equipment management and improve comprehensive economic performance of the plant.
