Application of lean management system at Gaozhuang Coal Preparation Plant

In order to improve both management level and efficiency of coal washing operations, a lean management system is developed by Gaozhuang Plant for changing the traditional management mode previously applied and ensuring high-efficiency operation of washing systems and process equipment. Practice shows the application of the management mode can lead to a rise of clean coal yield rate by 0.2 percentage points, a save of energy, reduced material costs and improved economic performance.
