Optimum design of sealed discharge mechanism of pressure filter

For attaining a higher reliability and stability of operation of pressure filter, and in view of the characteristics of the filter and the problems encountered in operation of its sealed discharge mechanism, an optimum design scheme of the mechanism is proposed. Through optimum design of the outer structure and the sealing, driving and control modes of the mechanism, there has been seen a dramatic reduction in operating cost, energy consumption, failure rate and much higher stability of filter operation.
